Pitoresco Street Art Festival in Vila Real is a project organized by Instantes Mutantes with  Município de Vila Real. The purpose of this festival is to revitalize the urban space and the involvement of Vila Real’s population. Besides painting murals, the festival offers a diverse cultural program, through synergies created with different entities. We have concerts, workshops, exhibitions, live statue performances, installations, among other activities, everything free admittance.
